Include the email address connected to your Empowered Maths account and a short description of what happened. Please do not send your password or full payment-card information.
Forgotten password
On the member sign-in page, select Forgot your password?, enter your membership email and use the secure link sent to your inbox. Check junk or spam folders if the message does not arrive.
Email verification
If your account is waiting for verification, return to the sign-in page and use Send the email again. Open the newest verification email, then return to the website and select I’ve verified my email.
Membership, billing or cancellation
For a payment question, refund request or cancellation problem, include your membership email, the payment date and the PayPal subscription or transaction reference if available. You may also cancel future renewals through your PayPal automatic-payment or subscription controls.
Read the Refund and Cancellation Policy before submitting a refund request.
Resource or download problem
Include the exact resource title, the page you were using, what you expected to happen and any error message shown. A screenshot can help, but remove unrelated personal or student information first.
Affiliate support
For referral, commission or payout questions, include your affiliate account email and the status shown in your dashboard. Do not send another member’s private information.
